This was recommended by a seasoned mountaineer friend. Used all through winter in the US North East with no regrets. Icy driveways, foot paths, hiking trails- i could tackle all with ease. All my previous spiked add ons are going to be sold on eBay.

These are so easy to get on and off and comfortable to wear. They hug my boots, never slip or shift, and gave me great traction. Did a nice 5 mile mountain hike and they did very well on the icy trail.
