FAQs
What does Seirus make?
The winter gear that fills the gaps — heated gloves and glove liners, but also balaclavas, face masks and neck protection. It's the category people underestimate: you can own an excellent jacket and warm boots and still be miserable because of a strip of exposed skin between your goggles and your collar.
Does a balaclava actually make much difference?
More than most people expect. Your face is where wind chill hits hardest, and exposed skin there degrades how warm you feel far out of proportion to its surface area. Closing that gap between goggles and collar is one of the cheapest improvements you can make to a cold-weather system.
Will a glove liner fit inside my gloves?
Only if there's room, and this is where liners disappoint people. A liner adds thickness — and if your glove is already snug, the combination compresses your hand and restricts blood flow, which makes your fingers colder despite the extra layer. If your gloves fit closely, you may need to size the outer glove up.
