I have had 3 Warm and Safe liners over the years and have close to 150k miles on them... I've never had one fail on me when I needed to stay warm. I'm currently wearing a Gen 3 with the remote controller and thinking that it's getting a little worn and am considering a new Gen 4 with the remote controller. What a great product and company. I've chatted with Mike a couple of times when I needed support and he's always spot on with his advice.
