No more cold neck wth the Volt Heated Scarf! You'll have hours of soothing warmth for the back of your neck with the easy push of a button. The Volt Scarf is powered with a 5 volt power bank with a built-in 3 level controller. You can adjust the temperature for your personal level of comfort. When you are not using it to heat the Volt Scarf, the 5V VB530 power bank can be used to charge your phone.
