With a cable (70 cm long), the case is compactly connected to the sole and so you can enjoy the warmth comfortably and with maximum freedom of movement. These worked absolutely great for 24 months. They heated up quickly, got very warm, and one charge lasted, depending upon power level, 4-6 hours. At just under 25 months, both batteries and the charger failed. Charger is completely dead, and neither battery will accept a charge. I tested both the OEM charger with other compatible batteries and the OEM batteries with another compatible charger. OEM charger will not light up at all, and the OEM batteries flash one blue light each while plugged in to a different working charger - one at level 4, the other at level 1. When removed from the known-working charger, neither OEM battery turns on, and neither OEM battery will allow me to check its capacity with a short press.

I m very satisfied with these insoles the battery’s last a reasonable amount of time but the only thing i would improve is the pocket that the battery’s are in , the plastic window is coming undone , I really wish they would improve the Velcro tab that secures the wire connection from the battery to the insoles.
The tab comes loose and the connector come out of the battery very annoying
