- Simply place in a freezer until solid. Or submerge inserts in ice water for up to 45 minutes.
- Place inserts to garment pockets.
- Wear comfortably; repeat steps as needed (or use additional inserts for continuous relief).

We live in a desert that reaches 120 degrees in the summer. Last year we were closing at noon or 1pm. This vest allows our warehouse to stay open longer. We also do very physical deliveries. This allows our delivery people to stay fresh longer and complete the deliveries In the same amount of time they are able to in nicer temperatures. These also work great with the large swamp coolers we installed last year.
