HyperKewl Plus Evaporative Cooling material is a unique fabric that absorbs and slowly releases water through evaporation. When the water evaporates, a cooling effect occurs. We look at this process as "super-charging" the body's natural cooling process, thereby helping the wearer to combat heat stress.

How to use:

Sorry to say i'm not really impressed by the tech and puttting on a cold wet shirt takes some getting used to. 105 degrees here in So Calif and the perfect time to give this evaporative cooling T-shirt a try. In my opinion it took way to long to ship, which was disapointing. I ordered a medium, which is my normal size (5'10" - 170lbs) and the shirt fits like a normal T-shirt, i.e. it's not skin tight. I've worn it while working in stifling heat in the garage and out side doing yard work. Outside I did wear a SPF 50 light weight shirt over the T-shirt. In both cases I guess I felt some "cooling" effect for a while. Maybe my expectations were maybe too high. I'm not sure why the company doesn't offer this shirt in white as wearing a black shirt out in the sun seems a bit counter intuitive. I'll give it another try this weekend since the high temps are suposed to be coming back and I need to be outside. If I change my mind i'll update the review. But for now - i'm just not feeling the Tech...
