• Step 1: Remove the heat pads from the slippers
• Step 2: Pop them in the microwave (for 10 seconds, then additional 5 seconds bursts until the desired temperature is reached at 600-750W rating). Or pop them in a pan of just-boiled water for 4 minutes
• Step 3: Replace the heat pads in the slippers
• Step 4: Put the slippers on and enjoy the soothing warmth
The heat pads will warm your feet for up to 3 hours, put them back in the microwave whenever you want. What’s more, since they nestle in the slipper tops, you’re free to walk around in your SnugToes – which is even better for circulation.

I bought them for my husband, They fit me size 8 1/2 woman so I'll keep them. He is the person with cold feet.

Overall the slippers are quite comfortable. While the heating effect does not seem to last for "hours" it does work for a while and is useful since I always have cold feet, even in the summer. As others have said they do run small. I wear a size 9 shoe so I ordered the 10 but I really should have ordered an 11 or 12, they are that snug on me.

As another Reviewer has also said, these run a bit small, so you'll want to order anywhere from 1/2 to 1 full size above the shoe size that you normally wear, especially if you'll be wearing thick socks underneath these slippers.

Slippers are warm but a little snug.....I wear a size 10 shoe but probably should have bought a size up (11) instead but still ok. Nice to have warm feet.
