3000Ultra Batteries require the V2 HeatTouch Charger (Included) V2 chargers are included with every HELLFIRE glove/mitt purchase. 3000Ultra batteries are not compatible with non V2 HeatTouch chargers. You will need one of the new V2 chargers in order to charge 3000Ultra batteries correctly.

I ordered these mitts for a ski trip and skiing in WNY I was tired of cold hands. The batteries charged well and were easy to work with. The right glove fit really well but when I put on the left glove the wires were wound so tight in the thumb area it was not pleasant.
I immediately reached out and ordered another pair which seems better. This pair will be returned. For the price I would have thought the quality might be better. Hoping they last for awhile.
