A set of batteries failed in my Seirus gloves and Seirus was replacing it under warranty which usually takes a couple of weeks. I have Reynaud Syndrome and early season at Loveland was very cold, so thought I would order a back up set of batteries through 'The Warming Store' which should arrive in a couple days from the order. Not sure exactly what happened but after a lot of back and forth with customer service I finally got my batteries in about 3 weeks. The set replaced by Seirus under warranty arrived about a week before the set from 'The Warming Store finally showed up.
