I ordered a pair and they were a little small but wasn’t sure if next size up would be too big. I ordered the larger size and was notified there would be a delay in delivery. That would have made the return of the 1st pair beyond the 30 day return policy. I called and they said no problem. The second pair came and fit great so I returned the 1st pair and they refunded without any problem. I have used them multiple times for ski gear and gifts. Really great and customer friendly company.

I have used the heated liner gloves for three years to allow me to keep skiing with advanced Raynauds in my hands. These mittens extend my temperature range well below zero. Having multiple options of heated gloves with the same batteries gives me the option of carrying spares with me on longer days.
