Quirky and Classic! Cute and comfy. With one hat I'm not only warm but able to express my mood and style. Want to get happy? Well then, tie 'um in a bow. A little down? Let you ears hang low. Great cammo if you want to go unseen in the sock drawer:) I've had fun configuring my Pook hat and it's also been a fab conversation starter!! I just love it. So much in fact that I purchased one for my friend who is currently undergoing Chemo. He was delighted. 5 STARS

Warm and stylish
Great item. Very unique and warm. However warming store customer service was lacking. I order this on December 12th 2016 and I didn't receive it until January 12th 2017. I contacted customer service on Jan 3rd 2017 and they told me there was a slight back-order and I won't be receiving it for another 7 to 10 business days.
