The Active Ice Cold Therapy 38" X 22" Blanket Pad (Cooler System NOT included) provides effective cold therapy to large surfaces. Its flexible fabric allows it to mold to beds, couches, chairs, and even dog crates! Its insulating exterior fabric is Velcro compatible.

I had purchased the Cooler system on Amazon and thought it worked very well, but the only pad they had available with it was the smaller pad. So I was happy to find that there was a larger pad for it. I use this on my bed and lie down on it - it does help my back pain, and also helps keep me cool at night, as I get very hot and sweat during the night. I have found that even without ice or frozen water bottles, the room temperature water is very cool and feels great. It is also pretty quiet - I sometimes have to check it to see if it's running, which it is. I like the simple technology - parts are available if something needs replacing later on, as I am sure I will use this often.
