The gloves are great, fit well. I am trouble shooting why one battery is not working. At first I thought one glove did not work . I started out by charging both batteries. The blue lights on both were illuminated except one battery had a flashing 4th light in comparison to the other battery which had 4 solid lights. I tried the batteries with both gloves. Conclusion, the battery will not charge fully and does not hold a charge to effectively. So hence the glove does not even turn on. So I am going to call and let them know that I need a replacement battery.

This is the best heated gloves I’ve purchased for my wife. She works outdoors and her finger tips would get cold really quick that it would hurt. Took her to so many stores looking for a pair that would fit her hand but no luck at all. Took a leak and bought these gloves online and she loves them not only because it’s heated but the fit her all hands perfectly!!
