I purchased these gloves right after Christmas and got them first week of January. Opened the box and there wasn’t a charger and one battery was deformed and defective. I emailed customer service and they responded immediately and told me they would ship out a new battery I did not ask for anything else. They emailed a few days later and told me the battery was back ordered. I assumed that would be the end to my customer service and no battery would show up. Well they sent it a few days after that email and gave me two new batteries and a charger. I am very impressed with this service and really like the gloves! I will definitely recommend this store to my friends and family if they are looking for heated apparel. Thank you for following through and taking care of your customers!!!

Got them on sale and it was a pretty good price for these gloves. The only thing I dislike about the gloves is the battery doesn't have an on/off switch. So when you turn the gloves off to save power, it causes the batteries to go to sleep. The only way to turn the gloves and battery back on it to take the battery out and unplug then re-plug it back into the glove. Just kind of annoying when the purpose is to keep your hand warm.. Figured the on/off button on the glove would turn the battery on and off. Other than that its a solid pair of gloves!
