Apply the Shoulders, Back/Abdomen Pack, Mint Pillow and/or Lavender Eye Cover on desired area for relief. Do no apply directly on skin. Repeat as necessary, 10-30 minutes application recommended. Use caution when applying on sensitive parts of the body. When using on children adult supervision is advised. <li>To Use as Hot Pack:Prior to heating, remove all paper, staples and plastic packaging. If microwave does not have a turntable, turn over the pack halfway through heating process to even out temperature on the entire pack and avoid hot spots. Do not overheat product.<li>Shoulder Pack: Heat on high in microwave for 1 1/2 minutes. If pack is not warm enough, add 15 seconds heating time. To reuse after application, reheat for 45 seconds.<li>Back/Abdomen Pack: Heat on high in microwave for 1 1/4 minutes. If pack is not warm enough, add 15 seconds heating time. To reuse after application, reheat for 30 seconds.<li>Mint Pillow: Heat on high in microwave for 15 seconds. If pack is not warm enough, add 5 seconds heating time. To reuse after application, reheat for 15 seconds.<li>Lavender Eye Cover: Do not heat. For Cold Use only.<li>For Moist Heat: Prior to heating, mist fabric lightly with water. Do not saturate product. Do not soak or get the herbs wet.<li>To Use as a Cold Pack: For effective cold use, put pack inside a plastic sealable bag and put in freezer for 1 to 2 hours.<li>Caution: For external use only. Use as directed. Overheating the pack may cause burns and will damage the product. Side effects may occur in people with allergies to filling ingredients. If allergies occur, discontinue use immediately.Storage: When not in use keep the pack inside a plastic sealable bag and put in the freezer.

every item works well
Having long haul Covid, lots of aches and pains are there: however, by heating or freezing the separate
pieces much relief has been obtained. Pieces of this package are used daily and since they can be heated in the microwave, I am spared from ionizing radiation. A severely arthritic shoulder and neck are now with out pain and I can raise my arms. Thank you for making such a wonderful product and for
your timely shipping during these times of chaos.

Perfect! Very pleased.
The product is well made and throws off a lovely scent. It is easy to heat in the microwave and does wonders for my shoulder pain.
