The pieces that go between the toes to keep them apart are much too thick for my feet, especially in between the smaller toes. I actually got a blister on on the side of one of my small toes. I followed the directions about working up the time of wearing but the problem is that all the pieces that separate the toes are the same thickness. What works to separate the big toe doesn't work well to separate the smaller toes. The thickness of the pieces should be graduated to account for this. In addition, the socks don't do anything to make the soles of my feet more comfortable.
Although the rating I gave for these socks has 3 stars, I meant to give them a 2. I would not recommend this product as I cannot imagine wearing the socks night after night, too uncomfortable for the reasons given above.

The item is nice does the job but felt very very expensive for 1 pair and when i looked found similar items 1/2 half the price did buy them on amazon. and they worked just as well. so will not be re buying them unless the price comes down.

I ordered a Large size based on the review that bigger was better. I wear an 8.5 size shoe and should have ordered a Medium. The heel is way past my heel. Still OK for wearing to bed or around the house. I would order another pair if they were less expensive.

The first week they were puffier and separated the toes very well to the point that I could see indentations on each toe. I have been wearing them in bed only for a couple of weeks and haven't washed them yet. I hope washing them will bring them back to the original thickness. It's too early to tell if they will realign the toe or just keep it from getting worse. I can say I have had no cramping in my foot and toes since wearing them. Not sure if it's the socks or not.
