My husband bought me this mat (in a slightly smaller size) a few years ago as a Christmas gift and it has been THE BEST thing ever to ease my painful menstrual cramps! I had no idea how much I needed this in my life! You can adjust the heat to a myriad of settings and for a number of hours at a time (3h, 6h, or 12h). I sleep through the night without a bit of pain during my period. My dogs also love it!
