Coupled together with the removable 12V heated pant liner (included), it becomes a true 4 season riding masterpiece. The pant connects easily to your jacket liner heat supply or can be run directly to the controller. Our heated socks or insoles can be easily added to the pant by utilizing the connections at the bottom of the pant cuff. Special care should be taken to prolong the life of your battery. It is important that you charge your battery regularly, and that you remain at least 25% of your battery power when not in use or left idle. Batteries must only be used with products with an amp rating less than the maximum capacity output rating for the battery.<BR><BR><B>What are your remedies under this warranty?</B> With respect to any defective product during the Warranty Period, we will, in our sole discretion, repair or replace such product (or the defective part) free of charge. Well I guess I outa 3 ain't bad. The pants are awesome! I got large im 36 30, they fit waist but little long but I love the fact I can pull the up and have room. I'd say if your up to 34 long these would have you covered.

For 19 of the past 20 riding seasons, I have had heated upper body (jacket liner/heated base layer, and heated gloves), but never heated lower body. I would layer up, and do my best, but after a period of time riding in cold weather (I live in Canada, and ride until the snow comes and stays), my legs and feet would always get cold, no matter what materials, number layers I would wear. On top of that, the bulkiness of all those layers made it somewhat uncomfortable.
So, last winter, after reading many reviews of these and other heated pants/pant liners, I decided to give the fully heated pants a try, along with Gerbing heated sock liners (I have a review of those here, as well). All I can say is WOW!! I should have done this from the beginning!! I've been riding around in near and below freezing temps for hours at a time, and I am PERFECTLY warm and comfortable. Rather than attaching them to my Warm & Safe dual remote heat-troller, and having to adjust the heat to the pants with gloves and/or heated base layer, I bought a Warm & Safe single remote heat-troller so I can control the heat independently of the upper body clothes. I have found that it would be better to be able to control the socks independently, but there is only one power wire that connects the pants and socks. I plan on running another wire down the legs, and running another dual remote heat-troller to control everything on it's own. That way I can really dial everything in perfectly.

These pants are built extremely well and have a ton of useful features. There's no doubt they will last for quite some time and do a great job keeping you warm. However, you'll need to be in the "tall & thin" build category to get a proper fit.

These look big when you take them out of the package—but whatever you think—don't put off trying them on. The looks of these are deceiving in terms of fit. Try them on to be sure before you keep them or return.
These are warm and cozy—except for the draft that I mentioned under cons. As a small woman, it's hard to get appropriate heated gear, and the small is close to a perfect fit for me—though I don't want to gain any weight! I'm 5'2, 110 lbs, 28 waist.
I hope that Gerbing will make the EX Pro Jacket in a women's fit.
I love the pants and want a matching jacket, but the last thing I want is to feel like I'm wearing my brother's.
