I love these insoles as they keep my feet warm all day. I work in Athletics so we are outdoors in the cold a lot more this year due to COVID. I would highly recommend these if your feet are always cold!

I am older with low bodyfat who gets cold toes and fingers cycling in cold weather. Fit inside my Lake winter cycling boots. On high, moderate warmth but only lasts a bit over an hour. Rode today in 28 degrees Had on several layers above with heated Hestra mittens that work rather well for fingers. I know core needs to stay warm to help with fingers and toes.
Battery ran out after a little over an hour, so had cold toes on way home. Did have on Feetures wool socks in medium weight so circulation was not too tight either
Last week used on medium on longer ride with chemical toe warmers on top of socks That worked quite well but should not have to do that with heated insoles. These may work for some who dont get quite as cold as I do. So may just do better with silver sole liners and chemical heaters in boots
