This ONLY applies to the original owner purchasing from an Authorized Dealer (Including The Warming Store). Batteries are under warranty for ninety days, and should be charged regularly. Temperature controllers are covered for two years. A receipt or valid proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

I bought these gloves replacing another pair, that had issues with the wires and the switch, These gloves have no switch to control temperature, and the do not have any batteries, and no place to store one, they are strictly for motorcycle 12V wired connection. I like that the connectors are coming out of the glove instead of connecting to an integrated plug that has a tendency to fail, it’s also easy to connect them before putting them on. When connected to 12V they heat up nicely, and stay at that temperature, no switch needed. The quality of the leather is very good and the stitching held up well for 3 seasons. I have an external 12 V battery that I can use off the bike. But it’s bulky and you need to have the wires to connect the gloves unless you wear a heated jacket with integrated wires for the gloves. I bought other heated gloves 7V for off the bike, but they all fail to keep my fingers warm while I ride with these in 32 deg. Weather for hours.
