Wrap: Place the System so the Personal Cooling Pack surface directly contacts the back of your neck. Adjust fit with the hook and loop tab. Swap packs when needed.

Care and storage: For maximum lifespan, store your Black Ice cooling packs year-round in the refrigerator or freezer. Your packs will last longer, and they will always be ready the moment you need them. Clean your cooling packs after each use by washing them with a grease-cutting dishwashing liquid. Towel or air dry. Hand or machine wash all wraps in cold water. Air dry-Do not place in a dryer.

I’m am thrilled with this product. I live in Florida; right now the heat index has been 100-109 with the sun beating down. Wearing the collar has kept me comfortable in these temperatures. I bought two of the freezing packs that Velcro to the inside of the collar. I play pickleball outside for 2-4 hours at this time of the year. I arrive and may play one game without the collar. I then put the collar on & it stays cool for two games. I return to my bag/cooler & change out to my second freezing pack. At that time, I bury the hot freezer pack I just removed into my cooler. I make sure it is under the ice and in the cold water. When two games are done, that freezer pack is already frozen and I can use it again. I absolutely would recommend this product to anyone. You must have a plastic lined cooler so you can first add the freezer packs then a lot of ice and pour cold water over the top of the ice. I also have 4 small bottles frozen to throw on top of that. It is very hot in Florida now & the Black Ice Cooling Collar has been a blessing!!!!
