Not sure about this. The fabric is strong, not flimsy. Directions were clear and easy.
But it is very small, really tight around the neck. The pictures of wearing it on the head
and hanging down the back of the neck... that definitely would not work.
It can be draped over the back of the neck without pulling it over the head.
No size option was shown on the site for this item, only color and number being ordered.
