The ActionHeat Battery Heated Slippers are the only open back heated slippers on the market that runs on AA batteries. They are perfect lounging around the house on a cold winter night. ActionHeat Slippers run on (6 Total) AA batteries and will heat up to around 120º.
HOW TO USE:
- Power Up – Unzip slipper and insert (3) AA batteries into power packs
- Plug-In – Close power pack and re-zip
- Turn On – To activate heat, click the red button

After reading all about these slippers, and before ordering, I called to talk with someone in person. I wear mens size 10 1/2 and asked if these slippers would fit me even though it says they're size 10, hoping there might be some allowance in the size. Of course I was told, "sure they'll fit, go ahead and order".
Well, my heel hangs off the back which makes them very uncomfortable to walk in. I wonder if they're even a size 9. Such a disappointment.
They felt warm and comfortable for the front of my foot that fit inside. That was a quick $50, but at least now I have another Christmas gift for someone... someone with small feet.
I deducted two stars because of deception from the rep on the phone, not because of the product.

No arch support, just a flat surface. Fabric is soft and plush. I had a hard time walking in these slippers--they kept flying off of my feet (I'm a men's 7) so I had to return them. Refund was quick and easy.

These slippers are great, I generally get cold feet all the time just slip these on and I can get toasty instantly.....never even have to think about it anymore! Batteries are a small price to pay for this extra comfort.

These slippers are good for occasional heat. They use regular batteries, so don't expect more than a full day's worth of heating before you put in more batteries. Slipper are soft and nice.
