I haven't had a chance to try them yet, winter is coming to a close. I have turned them on and they do feel like they are going to be just what I was looking for. Even the fingers get warm, which is what I need. I'm looking forward to trying them next season.

First off, I do recommend doing business with The Warming Store. They're great and customer service was excellent. My big disappointment were the gloves. Like other reviewers said, most of the heat was felt on the back of the hand on both gloves. They were not very warm even on the highest setting. I honestly didn't feel any heat at my fingertips which is where I mostly needed it. Also these gloves are not smooth leather, but rather a suede type. That may make a difference to some especially if you get them wet. Smooth leather like goatskin on another brand would be better. I also had one battery pack that after a complete charge like the manual said, it died in e few minuets. Just to make sure it wasn't that particular glove, I put that battery in the other glove and it proved itself to be a bad one. Anyway the store responded to my return request for refund quickly and after receiving the unused item back, quickly refunded my purchase. I will buy from them again without question as soon as they sell something I need.
