HOW TO USE:
- Power Up – Charge the provided ActionHeat 5-Volt batteries.
- Plug-In – Connect the batteries to the USB cords located in the pocket on the top of the sock.
- Turn On – Press and hold the touch-button control on the sock for 3 seconds. Press button to cycle through the heat settings.

- Medium (White): 130F - 4+ Hours

NOTE: Recommended to use low or medium settings. Heat Blast should not be used for more than 5 minutes at a time.

I bought these socks to help keep my feet warm during downhill skiing here in Minnesota. I've only used them a couple times but they have worked well. I have been using toe-warmer stick-on heat packs for a long time (years) but unfortunately, after a few runs, the oxygen in my ski boots is gone + the toe warmers shut off causing my toes to freeze. So far, these socks have worked. I have a size 11 2E wide foot + these socks fit me + my ski boots just fine. I would recommend these socks to downhill skiers.

Socks are medium weight, highly recommend the wool blend. I use them in both my XC ski boots and downhill ski boots. The heating wires do not interfere with foot comfort or functionality of boots. The socks are being worn in Duluth with outside temps ranging from -20 to +30 making for some toasty toes! The only downside I see is the snap for the pocket the battery fits in. I think it will probably cause the material to fatigue/tear with repeated use. I use something flat to pry between the 2 snap pieces when I am unsnapping this flap to reduce the stress here.

Warm thick socks. They heat rather quickly. My only comment is I wish the L/XL were separated out as I'm a size 9 which is on the lower end and the sock feels a bit too long but it does provide more than room to go over an all wool sock (heated clothes or single use warmers should not touch skin)

I have suffered from frost bite pain in my right forefoot for years. Since wearing this sock, I finally have relief. Since I wear only one sock at a time, I essentially have two pairs for the price of one. Customer service properly guided me. The $150 is well spent.
