HOW TO USE:
- Charge Up – Fully charge power banks with provided charger kit.
- Plug-In – Connect the power bank to USB plug located in the pocket.
- Turn On – Press and hold touch-button control on the wrist for 3-5 seconds. Press touch-button to adjust the temperature.

I have a very severe case of Raynauds and it makes everything difficult. I put the gloves on for the first time and had them set on medium. My fingers started out very cold and did not warm up. I put them on the high setting for lift ride up the mountain and then lowered them. That did the trick. My feet gave out before my hands. These gloves are a blessing for someone like me. I may order the light weight ones for walking the dog.

My daughter has Raynaud Syndrome but loves to be out playing in the snow with her seven year old. Her hands in regular winter gloves would become quite painful. These gloves are amazing - they have helped tremendously.

I have problems with cold hands and cold feet skiing. I have boot heaters for my boots, and now I have gloves for my hands. I had really good conversations with the warming store to make my choice. These gloves warm into the fingers, not just into the palms. There are similar to my boots, in that they are meant to take the chill off, not to make your hands hot. Make sure you read the heating times and set one of the three settings appropriately. High lasts about 2 hours, so medium works best for me.
