This is a great coat that my daughter loves in comparison to other brands she has tried in the past. The only complaint is that the battery pack does not last very long. It would be a good idea to throw two battery packs in with these coats. Customers would probably like the option to pay for one or two at time of purchase.

The jacket is great for the cold days and nights when I have to work outside. The battery lasts for 2 hours when running it on high, so I need to buy a couple more batteries so I can swap them out to charge. I ordered an XS. While it doesn’t fit super tight, it gives me enough room to layer underneath. The heat on my upper back/shoulder feels great!

I’m not sure if I’m going to keep this jacket or not. The batteries work, but I can’t really feel much heat coming out of the chest panels at all. They do warm-up, but they’re nowhere near the amount of heat that I expected.

This isn't my first heated jacket, but it's the first one I wanted to write a review for. This was incredibly well made! Very warm! I used the highest setting to start, and then bump the temperature down to medium or low and stay there the rest of the day. The battery is smooth and comfortable in the inside pocket. There are also enough pockets in this jacket to store my keys, cards, etc.

I bought this in preparation for the cold days outside. Definitely kept me warmer than my regular puffer. Glad that the instructions it came with were simple and straightforward. Overall, a solid, heated jacket.
