HOW TO USE:
- Power Up – Charge the provided ActionHeat 3.7V batteries.
- Plug-In – Connect the batteries to the cords located in the pocket on the top of the sock.
- Turn On – Press and hold the power button on the battery for 3 seconds.

My wife loved these socks for about a month. She has trouble keeping fingers and toes warm for winter activities, but these made it possible. However, after about a month of use, maybe 5 or 6 times, with three washes per instructions, one sock stopped heating. It was after a couple hours of cross country skiing in rental boots, so that may have been the cause. I am sure it is hard to make a flexible heating system that can stand up to the rigors of being on your feet, but heated socks are a little spendy for us to replace every winter or more often! They were just outside warranty when we found them not working. Too bad for us, and not sure we could have proved manufacturing defect anyhow.

Love the socks and the warm temperature they provide. After about 6 times of using them, the right sock stopped producing heat and started shutting itself off. I called The Warning Store 800# and spoke to Chester. Very professional and helpful! Walked me through the steps to return them for their inspection and to anticipate receiving another new pair. That is excellent customer service!

The process to sync the sock batteries to the remote isn't reliable so if you have multiple layers on accessing the batteries to manually turn them on / off is a hassle. I noticed 1 battery synced easier and held a charge longer than the other. Would I buy them again? No. I am not returning them because you never know when an emergency may happen but do not buy these for any type of winter sport

Purchased these for my husband to ride outside on colder days. He charged them and didn’t use them for a few days. When he went to use them the charge didn’t hold. Was disappointed. Will charge them again and hope they stayed charged…even f they aren’t used for a few days.
