HOW TO USE:
- Power Up – Charge the provided ActionHeat 3.7V batteries.
- Plug-In – Connect the batteries to the cords located in the pocket on the top of the sock.
- Turn On – Press and hold the power button on the battery for 3 seconds.

I have a medical condition that results in cold feet, where my legs will severely cramp during the night. Having tried electric blankets and other products, I opted for these socks: The lowest power setting remains warm enough for a typical sleep period and I have not cramped in any way since using them. I am highly satisfied.

Construction is very good and they are very comfortable. Controls and charging are also very good.
Main problem is they just don't get warm enough. I put them on the high setting, which they claim can be uncomfortable. I just had them on inside the house on high and they barely felt warm.

I flyfish here in Oregon and these socks add hours to the time I can spend wading streams or fishing from my pontoon boat. I fished a mountain lake last week and after four hours on the water the only part of me that was still warm were my feet.
